Dear Santa
:: Santa Claus tries to fulfill a child's special Christmas wish while his staff and his many elves attempt to overcome a supply shortage at the North Pole. A
stowaway with the last supply shipment, her mother, her brother, and a sleigh salesman add to the fun and mischief. This is a laugh-filled holiday play innocent enough for the youngest boy or girl, and
entertaining enough for adults.
:: Experience the journey of 5 Chinese Canadian young men (a.k.a. the Banana Boys - yellow on the outside, white on the inside) their trials, tribulations and
struggle with their place in modern Canadian society. Just as real life, the play is unsanitized, provocative and sometimes even rough around the edges.

There Is No Trifling With Love (On ne badine pas avec l'amour)
::
The season's opening oriignal production is a classical piece that depicts both the bright and dark sides of passion. Three young people are trying to find their way in life; trying to
fulfill their dreams. They do it surrounded by characters as colourful as they are eccentric who excel at the art of confusing innocent feelings. Not surprising, since Alfred de Musset did not
believe that there was a border between the reality of his existence and the fiction of his poetry. Himself victim of a tumultuous love affair with George Sand, he created a work of vicious emotion, the
result being a piece of his time that is for all time. We are seized by the incessant and contradictory rhythm of life and our feelings. A tragedy of innocence, The Is No Trifling With Love rouses
in our emotional memory the involuntary torture of certain passions. Can we at once live and die from emotion?
The following performances will be presented with English SURTITLES?, sponsored by Sun Life Financial: October 23, 24 and 29, November 1st and 7
