We will arrive promptly and:

FOR YOUR HOME FURNACE:

  1. Introduction and explanation of service, giving business cards and pamphlets.
  2. Inspect overall condition of pool heater.
  3. Check supply voltage.
  4. Inspect piping to heater.
  5. Check condition and operation of unit.
  6. Check operation of thermostat(s).
  7. Check operation of safety controls.
  8. Check all wiring for cracks or loose connections clean and tighten.
  9. Check firing rate and adjust as required.
  10. Check operation of ventor motor, clean and lubricate as required depending on appliance.
  11. Check Limit operation.
  12. Inspect and vacuum clean heat exchanger.
  13. Clean burners.
  14. Clean pilot or pilot system.
  15. Check pilot safety system.
  16. Check gas valve pressures and adjust if required.
  17. Visually inspect chimney and venting system.
  18. Check ambient air for Carbon Monoxide.
  19. Wipe down unit.
  20. Record equipment make, model and serial number.
  21. Visually inspect venting.
  22. Leave and discuss checklist with customer.

On High Efficiency units we will also:

  1. Check pressure switches.
  2. Check ventor blower.
  3. Check condition of horizontal vented systems including intake and exhaust.
  4. Check condition of condensate system, clean and flush lines if needed.
  5. Check spark ignition.

AND FOR YOUR POOL HEATER:

  1. Introduction and explanation of service, giving business cards and pamphlets.
  2. Inspect overall condition and location of pool heater.
  3. Check supply voltage, as required.
  4. Inspect piping to heater.
  5. Check condition and operation of unit.
  6. Check Supply / Combustion Air.
  7. Check operation of thermostat(s).
  8. Check operation of safety controls.
  9. Check all wiring for cracks or loose connections clean and tighten.

  12. Inspect and clear heat exchanger of debris.
  13. Clean burners.
