2. Inspect overall condition of appliance.
3. Check venting.
4. Check safety controls.
5. Inspect appliance piping.
6. Check and clean as required gas orifaces, glass and logs.
7. Check operation of unit.
8. Measure room ambiant air Carbon Monoxide level.
9. Check all wiring for cracks or loose connections clean and tighten.
10. Check ignition system, clean if needed.
11. Inspect burners and clean as required.
12. Remove debris from inside unit.
13. Record equipment make, model and serial number..
14. Leave and discuss with customer.
