Spam Control At Pathway

By default, we set all Pathway clients' mailboxes to the "Quarantine" option. Under this option, TrueMail quarantines all email identified as spam at the source - i.e. before it reaches your mailbox. Quarantined spam is retained in a special folder on our incoming email server for a period of 28 days, after which it is deleted. During this period, you may log in to review your quarantined spam and either delete it yourself, or, if you wish, move it to your regular mailbox.

To access your Quarantine folder, please login to User Services secure site using your email username and password. Then click on the 'Quarantine Mailbox ' button in the main menu. Select the messages you would like to retrieve and click on "Move to Inbox". The selected messages will be sent to your mailbox with the label ***SPAM*** in the subject line.

Making sure you receive all your legitimate email
If you wish to be 100% sure that you receive all your legitimate email we strongly recommend that you check your Quarantine folder at least once every two weeks.
