Check your Operating System, Processor and Memory (RAM)

Locate the My Computer icon on your Windows desktop.
Right-click the My Computer icon and select Properties from the popup menu.
The System Properties window will appear.
Under "System", you will find your Operating System.
Make sure that you have Microsoft Windows 98, NT 4, 2000, ME, or XP. Please upgrade to NT 4 if you are using an older version of Windows NT.
Under "Computer", you will find your Processor and Memory (RAM) details.
Make sure "Pentium" appears somewhere and your RAM should be 65,536 KB or 64.0 MB
Instead of your processor's name, you may see your processor's "Family" number.
Make sure that it is "4" or above.
You may consult the documentation that came with your computer for more information about its processor.
If cannot find a My Computer icon on your Windows desktop, you may then be using Windows XP. If this is the case, choose the Start menu and select My Computer.

Check your Hard Drive Space

Double-click the My Computer icon
Right-click your hard drive (usually C: drive) and select Properties.
Ensure that your Free Space is at least 350 MB or 370 MB (for FastPath Secure subscribers).
