Residential Customer Satisfaction Survey 2009: Survey Results and Winners
As in previous years, Pathway Communications conducted its annual Residential Customer Satisfaction Survey, between August 16th and September 16th, 2009. The survey was designed to learn what our customers and clients felt about our service levels in a number of different areas such as the timeliness and consistency of our responses to queries, technical knowledge, the quality of our web site and more. We wish to thank all those who participated. Your feedback will be used to further improve our services.
Compared to the last year, we received higher scores on the overall Quality of Technical Support (an increase from 87.9% to 90.5%), Technical Knowledge of Support Staff (a rise from 88.1% to 91.6%), and Satisfaction with Price (an improvement from 83.8% to 90.8%).
