AlxWorld

ARCHIVES

Boring archives ... Welcome to the AlxWorld archives. Here you can find all the news items ever posted on this page ... actually, the scriptures we have only date back as far as May 21st 2002 immediately following the War of Genova that left almost all of AlxWorld in ruins. If you'll excuse me, I have some things to attend to. Please stay as long as you wish.

Uhh ... yeah ...

September 3rd, 2004

Welcome Internet surfer who's probably really bored. Have I got news for you! As promised, there are two brand spanking new comics for your viewing pleasure. Well, actually one is a bit old ... but the other one is a super sneak PREVIEW of an as of yet unreleased comic!! *gasp* Ooooh MAN! You better believe it. Check it out while it's still super sneaky. Enjoy!

Ahh well ... almost back to classes. We didn't have much of a summer this year though, it usually gets very hot. The weather's getting all messed up now, the summer's aren't that hot and the winter's aren't that cold. Bah! Anyways, this update is exclusively guitar stuff: one new tab, three tabs in training, and three FREE (head explodes) MP3s. Well they're actually OGGs rather than MP3s but it's the same idea. Check them out in the guitar section.

I've also started a new comic for this year's Toike Oike but I haven't posted it here yet. I'll get around to it sometime. Alright, later. Hugs 'n kisses. .... uhhhh .... ignore that last part ...

May 16th, 2004

Hiya. It's been awhile, hasn't it. Well, not much too of an update but I thought I'd finally post up the last three episodes of the Cowboys comic. It's been done for a while. Check it out in the comics section!

December 20th, 2003

Oh, man ... big update today for any drifter who's drifted onto this site through random drifting! Four new guitar tabs and the next Cowboys comic. Can you feel the excitement!? Feel it, man! FEEL it!

December 2nd, 2003

Ho Ho Ho! HO! HO! HO! That was an "evil-planning" laugh, not a "jolly-fat-guy" laugh. Anyways, I've got two new guitar tabs for you in the Guitar section! Mmm! You're excited, I can tell. Check 'em out if you like BôA! Yay! They rock! Too bad they have fewer than twenty songs out ... quality over quantity though!

I've also put up a bigger, more legible version of my Cowboys #4 comic in the comics section. One of my friends was kind enough to host it on his site at Macondo. Yeah ... his site's kinda crazy. Kinda really crazy.

Happy holidays and good will to all and such ...

November 16th, 2003

Howdy! New SECTION!! Visit the Guitar section for some yummy guitar tabs!

There's a new comic in the Comics section too (Cowboys #4) ... take a look. It's a preview of the comic that'll be in the December issue of the Toike.

October 18th, 2003

OH HO HO! TWO updates within one month! Ridiculous! But this is a good one ... three new comics in the comics section! Hurrah! This is the new series I'm drawing for my school paper. And here's the kicker! One of the comics is a super sneak peek! Yup! Yup! The third one won't be published 'til sometime in November! So enjoy! Aren't you glad you came to my humble site?

October 5th, 2003

Whoa! ... The 5th again? ... Just a coincidence, don't go expecting timely updates from me. Anyways, a new term has started which means I've started a new comic for The Toike Oike. I would post the comic up on this site too but the images are kind of large. Sorry, folks. You can always download a PDF version of the whole paper from the Toike site (it's a hefty download, though). For consolation, I've posted up some of my smaller works for the Toike in the comics section. They're not really comics, though. BUT ... one is a sneak peek of what's coming up in this month's issue ... which is printed tomorrow so it's not much of a sneak peek either. Oh well, look around my site and enjoy! Maybe I'll find a way to post my comics up after all - I could shrink the images WAY down or something ....

Oh, yeah. Also check out NardManga V.2.0! An online web comic. I draw a subcomic for it. Take a look. Tell your friends!

Mini-Update: October 10th, 2003

Alright the Toike is out so I've put the real text into that thingy. Go download the full issue at their homepage (it's pretty small this time - just under 3MB).

September 5th, 2003

Hi, all! ... heh heh heh ... *psst* ... I've got a secret to tell you ... iRO lives on ... remember ... it's a secret ...

August 4th, 2003

Greetings! Your destiny awaits you! What is your destiny you ask? It is ... to download my guitar tab of The Absolute Destiny Apocalypse from Utena!! Go! Go now! WAH! HA! HA! *hack* *cough* *shudder* ... a really easy power-chord song played with distortion. Get it in the stuff section.

While you're here you might as well snoop around the rest of my site and leave a message in my guestbook ... hmm? ... sound good? Yay! Enjoy your stay!

July 20th, 2003

Hullo ... I've tabbed my very first incomplete and possibly wrong guitar tab! Yay! It's a song from a series called "Trigun" - you know the song they play when something really bad and dramatic happens? And Vash or whoever is like - "Wahhh! I'm so tragically sad! The pain! The sorrow! Wahhh!" - yeah, that's the one. Check it out in the stuff section! Enjoy!

June 3rd, 2003

'Tis a sad, sad day in AlxWorld. I'm still recovering from the way Gravity violently pulled the plug on the open beta test of Ragnarok Online. If you played, you know what I mean. Now ... I must deal with the painful loss of iRO ... such sorrow ... iRO, I hardly knew you (I'd only played for two weeks) ... anyways, here's a link that may help you deal with your grief. I'm still in the bargaining stage - "Why me!? WHY!?!?"

Anyways, the point of this post? I'd drawn two pieces of fanart for iRO that are on their fanart board and also in my stuff section. Give them a look!

May 12th, 2003

Hello, people randomly surfing in! I've put a bunch of my old comics up in the newly opened comics section. Give them a look-see. They're kinda old and most of them make no sense. Some of them are just embarassingly stupid - but, oh well ... enjoy!

Oh yes, if you're a returning visitor (yeah, right. Ha! Ha! Ha! Ho! Ho! Ho!) You'll notice that my mascots have changed. The AlxWorld Mascots V.2 are smaller, faster to draw, and are unparalleled at being irritating.

April 6th, 2003

Hey ... what's that stuff on your shirt? *poke*! Ha! Ha! Ha! APRIL FO-? ... wha? ... it's the 6th? ... *ahem* ... never mind. Anyways, the final episode of TransformersX is up in the stuff section if you desire to read it.

Incidentally, I've gotten highspeed recently which comes with just a teensy bit more webspace, so I'm thinking of splitting off a comics section and posting up some old comics and junk. ... Hmm ... my mascots are pretty dumb looking, especially in the skins section. Why'd I draw her made you look so big?? I'll have to fix them up sometime (the mascots, I mean).

March 10th, 2003

Good evening ladies and gents. Small update today, a new comic in the stuff section. The last episode of TransformersX is actually already done, but I haven't decided whether I should post it up here before it's actually published. Guess it doesn't really matter since this site averages 0.01 hits/day. Anyways, enjoy!

February 16th, 2003

Yes ... another update. Already? - you say? You can't handle this much good stuff all at once - you say? You'll die of pleasure - you say? Don't worry, it's actually a really crappy update. Check it out in the stuff section.

Oh yeah, and there's a new comic up too (also in the stuff section).

February 4th, 2003

Alright! Update time! I've written program that will let you use your Snes Controller(s) on your computer to play games or navigate Windows or whatever. Anyways, it emulates keyboard and mouse input. Check out the stuff section to download it! Have fun playing StarCraft or whatever with a SNES controller!

Oh yeah, and there's a new comic up too (also in the stuff section).

January 11th, 2003

Hello! I got an e-mail recently from someone about my GundamBlaster java game. In summary, she basically said my game was way too hard. So, I went back and made some changes that hopefully lowers the difficulty level to something reasonable. I'm still not sure though, so if you have time, go check it out. If you have any comments about anything, don't hesitate to let me know! If you think something sucks, go ahead and e-mail me.

January 5th, 2003

HOLY CROW! It's already 2003!? I haven't updated since last summer! * Boo! ... Alxman sucks! * What!? Quiet! Well ... I did add a homebrew programmed Java Digital clock to my site at the bottom of the side bar. (Use the Frames Version of my site if you're not already). Pretty spiffy, but I never posted an update news item for it. Oh well. Anyways there are some new comics for you to read in the stuff section. They're comics I drew for my school paper. Check them out. Have fun in AlxWorld. Alright, then ... toodles! ... * arghhh ... why'd I say that? ... that was so stupid sounding ...

August 3rd, 2002

Harro friends! I've gotten a couple of suggestions to finish the Gundam set of Winamp skins and it also seems there are a couple of people who really like Sandrock, so I've done it! Sandrock-amp is now available for download! Hmmm ... you don't sound too happy ... oh well. I guess next up would be Shenlong if I wanted to finish the set. If you'd like to see the set finished, send me some motivational mail! In the mean time, enjoy your stay.

July 6th, 2002

Make that FOUR episodes! Mwa ha ha! Visit the stuff section to see what I'm laughing with evil intent about.

June 24th, 2002

Aha! Welcome! Another update is in store for you today my lucky Internet Hobo. Xerxes and Goüf #2 is now up for your reading pleasure (or pain as the case might be). Savour it in the stuff section.

June 15th, 2002

Why do I feel the need to add a little news item for every tiny little update to my site? Hmmm ... anyways, my mascots now appear in a comic. This is their first one so don't expect much - read it if you dare in the stuff section.

May 21st, 2002

What's up, web hooligans? .... wondering who those two weird dudes are? What could they possibly want? ... well, they're AlxWorld's new mascots. Mascots!? That's right, they're my new mascots (I am every bit as surprised as you are). Anyways, what do they do? Nothing. What role do they play? Whatever role mascots have. Where'd they come from? I drew them into existence. Are you excited yet? Of course you are.

Well, that's it ... say hi to my new mascots!
