Final payment must be received 60 days prior to departure. Applications submitted within 60 days before departure must be accompanied by payment of fees in full. (Every effort will be made to meet your preference, departure flight details will be provided to registered participants 30 days before departure. Transfers to your hotel in Havana are provided only for passengers who have made their air travel arrangements through the Eleggua Project.)
IMPORTANT NOTE When planning your airline connections, please consider the effects of weather and possible airline schedule changes and the fact that you are connecting to an international flight. From experience we discourage you from making "tight" connections. Air tickets issued with the travel package are based on special fares that are non-refundable and valid only for flights on the dates indicated. The organizers do not accept responsibility for missed connections due to cancellation or delay of your connecting flight arrangements. We suggest you consider overnighting prior to your connecting flight, particularly if your arrival flight is via another city or if you are traveling during the winter months when flights are more subject to delays. All flight times are subject to change.
Toronto Stopover hotel: We offer a special stopover rate at an Airport Hotel for participants who require overnight stays in Toronto prior to or when returning from Cuba. The rate is $65 USD per room and includes free shuttle transfers to and from the airport. Please contact Karina in our office when you are ready to make reservations. Please have your credit card ready, as it is required to guarantee reservations.

Cancellation: I understand that if I must cancel, advice shall be in writing. The cancellation shall be effective from the date written notice is received in our office. The following scale of cancellation charges will apply to compensate the organizers for pre-payments made on advance bookings of travel and related services and for administration costs involved. It is a result of the expenses and losses suffered due to cancellations, and not a penalty. I understand that you recommend the purchase of optional trip cancellation and travel insurance, and that I may select this option by adding $60.00 to my payment. CCS& CF reserves the right to cancel the program up to 14 days prior to departure with full refund.
