X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) spectrometer in our laboratory is mostly used for the direct determination of Respirable Quartz and Cristobalite on silver membrane filters.

Carbon Analyzer (Sunset Laboratory Inc.) is set up to analyze prefired quartz-fiber filters for Diesel Particulate Matter (NIOSH 5040) concentration.

Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP) spectrometry utilizes high temperature argon plasma to excite atoms of the elements present in the introduced solution. Using our ICP we can determine up to 30 elements simultaneously. This instrument is used in our laboratory to analyze aqueous solutions and digested filters (NIOSH 7300).

Atomic Absorption Spectrometry is also available at Concord Analytical for specific tests.

Wet lab is equipped to perform all the necessary sample preparation work, including unique Nickel Speciations and other tests.
