Crash Test Toys - Hockey Balls
- Crash wore his teeth flat by yomping on tennis balls, which are quite abrasive. After the vet warned us that he'd need some very expensive caps, we switched him to Road Hockey Balls with great success
- The best balls that I've found are the Viceroy brand, which are far superior to the 3rd world imports. I go directly to the factory to get them. An added bonus is that they don't get soaked with goop like a nice frothy tennis ball does
- They come in 2 grades, a Medium hard version that's got some give to it & is suitable for most non-destructive dogs. The Hard version is quite durable & has very little give to it. It's suitable for strong jawed dogs that pop tennis balls or get so wound up in Flyball (strange but true...) that they demo everything. While they are not indestructible, for some customers a tug that lasts a whole day of racing is a first.
- I can substitute a Med or Hard RH ball on any of the tennis ball tugs as desired. They cost an extra $2 as a substitute
- Medium: $2 Hard: $2.50
- Shipping Weight: 80 grams each
