Please note that only actual shipping costs are applied, there is no ‘Handling’ charge. A quote will accompany your reply.

In Canada:
All orders will be sent by Canada Post ‘Commercial Expedited Parcel’. This offers many of the features of Xpresspost at a reduced cost. Orders weighing less than 1kg to Ontario or Quebec run about $6.50, slightly higher east or west.

To USA:
Order less than 1kg are shipped by Air Mail & are flat rate to all destinations.

Under 250g = $6.45 US
251 – 500g = $8.55 US
501 – 1000g = $13.25 US

The new postal rates are as of January 15, 2008

Over 1kg orders are sent by ‘Commercial Expedited Parcel’ (a fancy name for truck) & costs are based on weight & size. Note that the Post Office does not count weekends in it’s delivery times. US Customs is also sensitive to world events & will at times, hold foreign mail for inspection (not too often, it’s based on the ‘Alert’ status). Just fyi, 454g = 1lb.

International Shipping:
Shipping starts at $7.75 and up. A quote will be provided with our reply to your order.

PAYMENT: All orders must be paid prior to shipping by Personal Cheque (from US banks work fine, thanks) or by Money Order (available from Banks or the Post Office). US customers please note that you must specify an “International Money Order” (pink one) & not a US money order (green one) which is valid only in the US. If it is not possible for you to forward a cheque, please let me know by e-mail & alternative arrangements may be made.

How to Mail a letter to Canada from the US:
Some customers have had their letters returned to them when they only put on one standard US 39¢ stamp so here are the details. US Post charges 63¢ postage on a letter to Canada (2 @ .39 cents works fine too). This is for Airmail service so make sure that you boldly mark the envelope “AIRMAIL” on both sides. If it doesn’t say Airmail, it gets sent by an old slow truck & is floated across the border in a barrel at Niagara Falls.

CUSTOM ORDERS:
Most orders that I receive are custom made. If you would like your tug shorter, longer, bulkier, smaller, without a ball etc., please provide me with the details & I will try & accommodate your wishes. Minimal charges apply if extra materials are required.
If you have an idea for a tug that you’d like me to make, again please provide me with the details & I’ll usually ‘give it a go’. Several of the tugs on the website are the result of customer requests.

TAXES:
Orders for delivery within Ontario will be subject to 8% PST Your order will be promptly replied to with shipping costs and payment information

Bulk Orders:

Despite repeat requests for Distribution & Wholesale information, there’s still just me at this end & I still have a day job (2 yrs to pension & counting!). Those wishing to resell my products will receive the following offer & can apply their own mark-ups. I will also subsidize shipping on bulk orders. On bulk orders of 20 or more items, you will receive 15% of your order value in extra toys. I often like to include new items that I’ve taken to shows but haven’t made it to the website yet or you can specify what extra toys you’d like. On orders of 10 or more items you will receive 10% of your order value in extra toys. Team orders in your colours are our specialty.
HOW TO ORDER

When you go to "Click here to order" a standard e-mail window will pop up. Please provide a description, quantity, and colour/material preference of what you'd like to order. For example:

1 Large ball, Fun Fur, T-style - Red/Blue
1 med. Fun Fur tug - Dark colours
2 Long Braids, both fun fur - one yellow, one blue
1 small square braid - Real Fur (FOR A VERY STRONG TUGGER!!)
