Our eight ender occurred in the first end of the game during Friday
Night Mixed
While watching the opposing skip throw his last rock, John had to be
told to take a good look at the house. If the opposing skip were to miss, you will have a
draw for an eight ender. On our last draw the sweepers got a little excited & had to
be told, rather loudly, to stop sweeping! We tapped one of our rocks to the 12 foot to get
our eight. The funny thing about the game is our skip had to make a hit & stick
against 3 in the house on the last end to win 9-8. WHEEW!
