Details: We were trying to win the Winfield Open Ladies Bonspiel the hard way - by coming
through the C event. On Sunday, we led 3-1 after two. Our lead, second, and third all had
their stones in the house - most of them clustered in the four foot. The opposition had
two stones in the house, one just behind the tee line in the eight foot and a wee biter in
the twelve foot on the other side. Our skip drew into the four foot with her first stone
and then removed the opposition stone in the eight foot to score eight.
