We are quite pleased to announce that an 8-ended was scored during inter-club competition at the Kettle Moraine Curling Club in Hartland, Wisconsin, USA. A rink from KMCC, skipped by Gary Dowd, with Ellen Dowd, James A. Nelson and Mary B. Nelson scored the 8-ender during the 5th end of heated competition against a fine team representing the Milwaukee Curling Club. The event was cheered by all, in that, it was only the 3rd time in the 40 year history of the Kettle Moraine Curling Club that an 8-ender was scored on home ice.
