On February 7, 2000 at the Sydney Curling Club in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada the team of Coralie Duchmin, Keith Stewart, Darren McFadgen and Trveor Negus scored an 8-ender during their Monday night Single-Entry Mixed game. All curlers, except Skip Duchmin are first year curlers. The final Duchmin stone pushed her opponent's only rock in the house to the back twelve, far enough for all eight yellow stones to count.
