Team Dusseault scored their 8-ender in the the second end of a men's league game at the Grande Prairie Curling Club, Grande Prairie, Alberta, Canada on January 5, 2000. After giving up 5 points in the first end, the opposing skip decided to be more aggressive in end number two by attempting freezes with each of his team's first seven stones. When that strategy didn't work through seven rocks, he opted for a takeout with his last brick. It only saw daylight and the Dusseault rink stole their 8. What a start to the Millennium!
