An 8-ender, the ultimate in curling, was scored January 4, 2001 at the North Shore Winter Club, North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada by Jack Lewis' senior team. With the score tied in the 7th, Lewis (with hammer) drew full 12 foot with his last rock for the 8. This is the second 8-ender that Lewis has been involved in. The first was in Quebec at the St. Lambert Curling Club in 1968 when he had a perfect 8 scored against him. Jack and his team curl with the Nor-West Seniors at the N.S.W.C. on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.
