In the 6^th end with two rocks to be thrown, the opposing skip decided to try and freeze to the rock on the back of the four but came up 2 feet short. On my way to the hack for the last stone, I told the front end that we were either going to end up with a bundle or they were going to steal. Honestly I did not even think about the possible 8.  I threw back line weight and shot the blue rock out between the biter and the 3 he tried to freeze on. This was our 3^rd game together and we went on to go undefeated in the draw. This was only the 4^th 8-ender in our club’s 46 year history.
