Part I: Home is Where You Hang Your Cape

The team returns home, only to find home isn't going to be around for much longer. The CSF is being shut down by the newly elected government and the team is out of a job. It also seems that life has gone on for their friends and families. Meanwhile, there are events unfolding behind the scenes that may tear the team and their world apart. VIA-GO CrashA devestating train crash is predicted by Martin's long lost brother Keith, who, it seems, is a seer. Martin discovers his siblings and nephew are alive and well and living in this dimension. Blue Fire has troubles at home with his sister, her drug problem and her louse of a boyfriend, but to make matters worse, it seems his cover has been blown. There is, apparently, a better hacker out there than CSF's own Jeffrey Todd. He is excited by the prospect of a worthy foe, but the Canadian Shield files may have been hacked. John Phoenix hires a private investigator to find the killer of Jim Storm and has family troubles of his own, taking care of his cousin Jake. Corporal Simon is shipped off to the Taiwan Strait, where things are heating up between the Chinese Navy and the American, British and Canadian forces stationed there. Summer Simon is apparently addicted to copying powers, particularly Blue Fire's electrics. She's hooked on the rush. Celebrity Snoop Magazine has been sending reporters to Siren's home town of Corfu to dig up some dirt on her past. There has been an ever-increasing amount of Null Pocket activity lately. D.A.V.E. has determined that it will reach some critical point soon. This could coincide with the biblical prophesy in revelations, connected with the train disaster, predicted by Keith. The entire Mega Cult has surrendered themselves to the authorities at the urging of their leader. Stronghold superhuman prison is reaching capacity. Witch Wolf is back in Toronto, is apparently creating new werewolves to form a pack of her own, and is sending threats to Jean. He seems determined to handle the situation on his own, which may be his doom. The fate of Canadian Shield and the CSF is still uncertain.

Part II: A Lighter Shade of Gray (PBEM)

Our heroes continue to put fires out in their daily lives. Cpl. Simon is transferred to the UN Peacekeeping force in the Taiwan Strait, Summer Simon is offered a scholarship at an exclusive school for gifted youngsters in Upstate New York. She accepts and is off without a word. Bucky heads back to Chicago to train the new Night Watchman. The remaining five members of Canadian Shield (Red Arrow, Siren, Wild Card, Blue Fire and Loup Garou, fly out to Ottawa to plead their case with the PM. They seem successful in convincing him to continue funding the CSF, albeit in a modified form. He is now considering their proposal and they are considering how odd he was. Immediately after returning to base, John Phoenix takes off in a helicopter to try and manage his busy company and life. Steven Wright finds his sister has left the base for parts unknown. Jean Codere examines some strange carvings on a tree bark which alarms him greatly and he takes off to Toronto immediately. Keith Gideon has shown up and has a frightening vision of an apocalyptic future to share with Siren and Martin. D.A.V.E. is still non-functional, but Alex Harris is on his way back from Taipei and won't arrive for several hours and Jeffrey Todd has the mother of all migraines. There is another hacker with Jeffrey's talent out there and it looks like s/he is bent on sabotage.

Part III: Bad Moon Rising

The Seven Werewolves of the Apocalypse, as seen through the fog.Stephanie and Jake are found, safe and sound, albeit occupied with each other. D.A.V.E. is restored to functioning thanks to Jeffrey's help and has noticed some disturbing trends and postulated some even more disturbing conclusions. Siren contacts Gaia about the Antarctica issue. The staff returns to the base and life returns to normal (well, as normal as could be). The two remaining CSF jets arrive and Charlene begins disassembling one for parts and modifying the other. Jean's grandfather arrives to consult with the group about the nature of werewolves while BlueFire and Wildcard go get supplies. The group discovers the game is afoot at the Lakeshore Psychiatric Hospital and mounts an assault. Siren and Loup Garou provide the lure (after some assistance from Penny to remove the innocents from the area) and the rest of the team arrive, two by air and three by sea. Much mayhem ensues. A combo attack by Siren and Loup Garou leave the werewolves' leader Witch Wolf unconscious and Loup Garou seizes the opportunity to assert control over the pack. It succeeds and they surrender. The day is saved without loss of life and, aside from the destruction of Siren's Jaguar, with minimal property damage. Now the question remains of what to do with the prisoners.

Part IV: Premonitions and Revelations (PBEM)

Siren yells back at Wildcard as he walks away from her in the tunnel.A Court Services Meta Division truck shows up. Arguments ensue between Red Arrow and Director Cole. Red Arrow is publicly stripped of his command by Cole and then responds by resigning. The resignation is later modified to a leave of absence. A kidnapping of Jake Phoenix, Stephanie Wright and Keith Gideon seems to take place by a doppleganger posing as Margaret Cole and then doesn't and only Siren and Wildcard remember anything. Jean and Rene Codere accompany the werewolves to Police HQ Meta Div. Siren and Wildcard have a blowup in the tunnel from the mainland, BlueFire gets stuck in an elevator and argues with Jeffrey Todd. Much information is shared in the meeting to come. Cole was apparently trying to circumvent a secret government agency's attempts to capture the werewolves by delivering them into the hands of the proper authorities where these former missing persons would be noticed and be impossible to make dissapear. The Null Pocket Crisis may be the result of future events, 27 years from now when the Damocles Asteroid was originally to have struck the Earth, possibly due to a desperate use of the Gate to stop the disaster. Wildcard gets some information from the hospital staff. Charlene Parker and Jeffrey finish the modifications on the new CSF Jet. Keith Gideon has been sleeping almost continuously since he arrived at the base three days ago. Siren hosts the six subordinate werewolves while Jean talks with a surprisingly calm Danielle Beauchamps at Police HQ - she is to be transferred to Markham Asylum in the morning. Alex Harris' Concorde flight goes down in flames. Martin gets suspicious of Siren's actions of late and does some snooping using DAVE, setting off a logic bomb. Another confrontation ensues and Siren prepares to leave, this time for good…

Part V: Legends (PBEM)

Siren and Keith, while testing the time barrier in the CSF Tunnel, are transported to another realm and come face to face with what appear to be angels. They discover that they are actually aliens, who have been living on Earth since before the death of the dinosaurs. One of their kind, it seems is the Devil of legend and there is a war going on; one that began with the fall from grace described in Milton's Paradise Lost. They are shown what really happened and what they are dealing with. Stephanie Wright sees another Martin at the club where she works; this could be the other half of Wildcard that ran off after the Brain / Brawn incident during the Night of Fire. A surveillance team is assembled to monitor the club. The werewolves from the LPH are settling in at the CSF base. Witch Wolf is sent to Markham Asylum but doesn't remember anything she's done or even becoming a werewolf. Rene Codere is concerned that if she has forgotten she is a werewolf and changes in the coming full moon that the shock could kill her. Martin awakes, but doesn't seem to have any powers, although he looks just like he was when he was 17. Keith Gideon has stopped having visions since he came to the base and no longer "sees dead people". Arrow returns to the fold, but decisions must be made for the team to continue.

Part VI: The Devil You Know

The Devil, in front of his unearthed spaceship.Canadian Shield journey to Antarctica to confront an ancient evil. Along the way, they pick up another passenger: A fresh-faced whiz kid with a flying skateboard named Devon Razorheel.
When they arrive at the drill site, they discover a huge international coalition working feverishly to unearth an alien spaceship. Gaia is there, and seems to be one of the people in charge, but then gets a "bad feeling" and urges everyone to leave the area and assists Canadian Shield in the evacuation. One person remained in the ship, as seen on IR scanners, so BlueFire and Razorheel go in after him/her. It turns out to be Iblis, who subsequently transforms into a gigantic demon, straight out of myth and legend. The group coordinates their efforts to destroy him and bury the spaceship, which appeared to be powering up its weapon, even after the demon vanished. With the ship buried under the glacier once more and the civilians departing for their various corners of Antarctica, the team contemplates their next move. Siren has a chat with Gaia about the end of the world.
