A Taste Of Iceland

Torontonians can once again experience the Icelandic lifestyle during A Taste of Iceland, the country's captivating cultural festival. Hosted by Iceland Naturally and in collaboration with Toronto's

MUSIC: Icelandic musician Mugison takes the stage with his band in Drake Underground. Recognized at the Icelandic Music Awards, Mugison's album Mugimama Is This Monkey Music? was named Best Album and his song Murr Murr was named Best Song.
FILM: Two Icelandic films:
Country Wedding, a comedy about a couple with plans to get married in the Icelandic countryside; and Reykjavik Rotterdam, a thriller about a security guard who is fired from the freight ship he worked
on when he was caught smuggling alcohol. He gets his job back, and decides to take his chances one last time on a tour to Rotterdam.
ART: Icelandic artist Hrafnhildur Arnardottir's latest installation, Haunted
, will show in Toronto for the first time. Her work has been shown at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City, along with other major cities across the United States and worldwide.

Canada Blooms
:: Canada Blooms returns to Toronto to transform its new
location - the Direct Energy Centre into Canada's largest flower and garden festival. This year the Festival celebrates the best of Canadian gardens and explores the tradition of gardening and horticultural excellence
from across the country. Canada Blooms 2010 will feature a paradise bursting with six acres of glorious gardens in full bloom, more than 100,000 square feet of green-thumb shopping, over 200 hours of
seminars, workshops and demonstrations, a special children's area and more. Canada Blooms is a not-for-profit volunteer-driven event which promotes awareness of horticulture and offers a platform to showcase
outstanding floral and landscape products and services. To date, over $500,000 in Canada Blooms' show proceeds have been reinvested into community horticultural projects. This year's proceeds from Canada Blooms will
benefit charitable horticultural organizations across Ontario. The 2010 Festival features: Outdoor Living Central Gardens from presenting sponsor, The Home Depot. This garden includes a private
retreat and patio. Home Depot will also host a series of speakers providing great ideas for home and gardens on the 'You Can Do It' stage. Jackson-Triggs and Inniskillin return with the 'Niagara Wine Garden'
where visitors can experience the ambiance of Ontario's premier wineries in an urban setting. Produced by the Garden Club of Toronto, Canada Blooms guests will have the opportunity to show off their green
thumb in Canada's largest open flower competition taking place throughout the Festival. The popular Canada Blooms Marketplace is back this year and bigger than ever. Discover new treasures for your garden as

Puck's Farm Easter Egg Hunt

Puck's Farm celebrates the arrival of spring with the World's Largest 8-Day Easter Egg Hunt beginning March 20th.
There are pony rides for the children, horse-drawn hay rides for the whole family, the amazing maze, carnival rides and newborn baby animals to meet and pet. This annual event is a great spring-time
outing that the whole family will enjoy. Children can hunt for eggs around the farm while they enjoy the sights and sounds of spring in the country.
The Easter Bunny will be on hand to meet the children and officiate the not-to-be-missed Easter Egg Scrambles held throughout the day. The fun starts March 20th and continues every weekend through
April 5th, (March 20th & 21st, 27th & 28th, and April 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th) including Good Friday (April 2nd) and Easter Monday (April 5th). Puck's Farm is open weekends and holidays from 10am-5pm, weekdays
