Welcome! We are a local affiliate of the international Penguin Brigade, founded in 1996 by Runner’s World columnist John Bingham. Our club is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We have about 70 members.

News from the Yellow Post » Mar 16/08 — Thanks to everyone who volunteered at the Achilles St. Patrick's Day 5K. We helped out at the water station and the food tables and the race was busy! » Mar/08 — Good luck to Hideo as he returns to Japan. We enjoyed having you as a part of our club.
