Thoughts:
After only 330K I have retired my shoes and am breaking in new ones.  I am a bit frustrated that my shoes wear out so quickly but my knees are really happy with the new shoes. Hopefully my ITB flare up will disappear shortly as well.

Every Wednesday I run with a group called the Motionware Running Club. Our run this week was great - blessed with moderate temperatures and good company. Howard and I chattered away non-stop and had a great time.

This week I also met with my coach Jane Armstrong before that run to set up my training for the next few weeks.  I am going to be a busy lady over the next few weeks as I get geared up for my half marathon October 14th. Speedwork is definitely in my immediate future. Hopefully the new shoes and cooler temps will make those speed workouts more bearable.

In other news... fall is coming to Kanata and I am enjoying my trail runs to savour this season change.

Happy training
