First, we had visitors from Buffalo and England. Second, there were at least four Penguins who showed up that didn't tell us they were running. Third, the weather changed from sunny, crisp and cool to overcast, windy and dreary. And, finally, we missed our English Penguin at the marathon finish line!Oct 02: Grand Prix Final 10K

John and Karen Bingham visited the Great White North for the first Penguin Flight School outside of the United States. For three days at Brock University, we covered the essentials of effort-based training.
