       How to Place a Bid:

  1. ON-LINE - fill out the BidForm on this site.
  2. FAX - print a copy of the bid form and fax it to: (416) 425-3434
  3. MAIL - print a copy of the bid form and mail it to: 443 O'Connor Drive, Toronto, Ontario, M4J 2W7, CANADA
  4. PHONE - call us at: (416) 425-4828
  5. Note: Late Bidders phone or fax your bid

    How the Auction Works:

  6. Our Auction Lots are sold to the highest bidder at a slight advance over the underbidder. We reserve the right to withdraw any lots at our discretion on which bidding fails to reach a reasonable level. All lots are handled completely & confidentially.
  7. Successful bidders will be notified of all lots allocated to them and must remit before the lots are sent. Payment must be made within seven days after receipt of notification. Postage, registration, insurance, etc. are extra.
  8. Lots may be held to allow for clearance of uncertified personal cheques.
  9. All bidding and billing are conducted in Canadian funds.
  10. Every effort is made to describe lots accurately. However, if a lot is incorrectly described, the buyer has the option of returning it. These lots must be returned intact within seven days of receipt.
  11. Ontario residents will be charged the prevailing rate of Provincial Sales tax. Canadian bidders will be charged G.S.T.
  12. Numbers and prices are from the current Scott catalogues unless otherwise noted. All Canada and Provinces has been priced by the current Unitrade catalogue unless otherwise noted.
  13. The placing of a bid shall constitute acceptance of the foregoing conditions of sale.
  14. No buyers fee will be added.
