Feb. 14, 1997, Newsbytes reports that Matsushita the KXL-600A-N camera
which measures 134 * 62 * 21mm and weighs 140 grams, but does not have a
built in display. It takes pictures with resolution up to 640 * 480 and
will be available in Japan, March 20 for about $400 (US). NEC has also
recently entered this field with what they claim to be the smallest
digital camera with an LCD display.
