David Lackman was admitted to the Bar of the State of California in 1982, and continues to maintain an active membership status. He was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1985, and has since practiced almost exclusively in the field of personal injury, disability and insurance litigation. He is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and chairs the Editorial Board of the association's quarterly Journal, The Litigator.
Stephen E. Firestone was admitted to the Bar of Ontario in 1988. He has since dedicated himself to assisting and representing injured claimants in the recovery of compensation before our Courts and the Ontario Insurance Commission. He is the co-author of the Butterworths Ontario Motor Vehicle Insurance Practice Manual, and is a past-president of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
