The glorious moon. It is worshiped and revered by all who follow Pagan paths. It's beauty is constantly changing, and fascinating to watch. It seems to follow you across the sky as you walk. And looking at her through a telescope is incredible. I absolutely adore watching the moon as it passes through the branches of the trees outside my window. If you haven't taken a good long look at the moon lately, then get out there, and you'll see what I mean. A full moon is also known as the time that Witches celebrate esbats. Esbats are rituals performed to celebrate and honor the moon, as well as the various deites associated with her.
You can easily put together a ritual or spell for your moon workings with all the information provided in this section as well as using the references, and information on other ones, such as how to cast a circle. If, for some reason, you've chosen not to take the free Witchcraft 101 course, you'd still benefit greatly from taking "The Moon" lesson of the course, and have some fun too!!
