Kitty Pillow

Many of us have cats and once they have passed on we like to have things to remember them by. This is a creative idea for a keep sake of our beloved feline familiars.
For The Kitty Pillow You Will Need:
When grooming your pet,
keep the fur you collect in a plastic bag. If your cat sheds as much as
mine, you'll find that in a short period of time you will have collected
enough fur to stuff a small pillow. You are only limited by your imagination
as to what your pillow will look like. You can chose a piece of fabric
you like, needle point one, or even embroider an initial of, or the full
name of your cat. Simply place your fabric inside out and cut into the
desired shape and size of your pillow. Sew it up inside out, leaving a
small opening for you to stuff with the fur. Turn the fabric right side
out, stuff the pillow and sew the opening up. Believe me, when I lost my
a very special cat, having the scent of his fur in the pillow I made, helped
me get through it much easier, and I always know that I have an actual
piece of him here with me.
