Dangerous Plants to avoid   Herbal Substituations

At some point in your herbal workings, your bound to come across a mixture that calls for an herb or herbs that you simply can not find. Thankfully, there are substitutions that can be successfully used in their place.
Along with substitutions, I have included a list of herbs that should NOT be used under any circumstances by anyone who is not an expert herbalist. Why? Many of them are poisonous and can seriously harm or kill you if you don't know how to use them.
