Arrival /Departure

This retreat takes place during the Victoria Day holiday weekend.
Therefore you can choose to stay for two or three days.

The retreat officially begins on Friday at 7:30 pm and ends Sunday at 12:30 pm. If you have decided to enjoy the entire long weekend with us at Still Point, departure will be at 12:30 pm on Monday.

Arrive anytime after 12:00 noon. Check in, relax and enjoy the scenic view of the Bay of Quinte from the quiet comfort of the deck. There will be an optional yoga class from 4:30 to 6:00 pm. Don't worry if you are unable to arrive until later. It would be nice if you could join the group for dinner at 6:00 pm.

The retreat ends on Sunday or Monday after brunch at around 12:30. Check out by 1:00 pm. You may choose to extend your stay even longer as a Still Point B&B guest. Take more time to relax or explore the county. Please contact Glenn at Still Point Retreat Centre in advance if you think you might want to stay longer.

All activities are optional. There will be time on Saturday and Sunday afternoons with no scheduled events. During those times Sitara will be available for private Rapid Eye Technology sessions. And there will be a massage therapist available. We will be booking these sessions on Friday evening.
