Do you collect and look at my data?

We do not have access to the contents of your data. Like most Internet Service Providers, we do not have the ability (or the desire) to identify specific traffic from amongst the vast quantities of data passing through our networks.

What can I do with this information?

The reports will help you identify bottlenecks. If you are experiencing slow connections, it may help determine whether your capacity is full, if employees are using high-bandwidth services (such as movies) and even if you have run-away machines commandeered by viruses.

Do any other ISPs offer such reports?

No, no other provider offers this type of reporting. Pathway is providing more than bandwidth reporting with detailed traffic analysis and incident report transparency.

What if I need more details information on an ongoing basis?
