4 simple steps to a more productive IT department
MySmartOffice software should be deployed on desktop and servers meeting the minimum requirements:

- 333 MHz Pentium-class CPU or greater
- 128 MB of RAM
- 100 MB of free disk space
- Network interface card (NIC) or modem
- Microsoft Windows Server 2008, 2008 R2, 2012, 2012 R2, 2016
- Microsoft Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10
- Apple OS X version 10.7.5 or above
- The Linux agent only supports Intel-based machines. SUSE Linux Enterprise (11, 12), OpenSUSE Leap 42.3, CentOS (6, 7), Red Hat Enterprise Linux (6, 7), and Ubuntu (12.04 LTS, 14.04 LTS, 16.04 LTS) are supported as headless agents. User interface based agent procedures will not work
- TCP/IP Outbound Port 5721. Agents connect to the Kaseya Server on port 5721. This port assignment may be changed by the administrator
- UDP/TCP Outbound Port 3478 to optimize Kaseya Remote Control performance (recommended)
- No Inbound Ports
